Do not trust the College Hill Bed and Breakfast in Wichita! The room we reserved, The Cottage, was nothing like the College Hill Bed and Breakfast in Wichita advertised.
We reserved The Cottage for our wedding night. According to the College Hill Bed and Breakfast Wichita website, the description said:

Relax in a luxurious yet casual atmosphere--walls of white-washed planks, vaulted ceiling, complemented by calming colors and textures of a seaside retreat. Capture a glimpse of the evening sky through either of two skylights. You'll love a soak in the huge, oversized whirlpool tub--truly roomy enough for two! Stretch out for a movie from our dvd collection or rest under the whispy canopy of the super comfy bed. BIG is the key word--from the king bed to the whirlpool tub to the many paned widows. And in addition to the whirlpool, another surprise awaits you in the large bath--a creative, antique cabinet surrounding the glass lavatory. The Cottage is College Hill B & B's newest addition, and has become the most sought after place to stay at CHBB!
The room was basically a shack! The floor was concrete, the blinds were flimsy plastic, the air conditioning unit was obtrusively sticking out of the window. The room smelled musty and old.
We spoke with the owners after we saw the room and tried to get a refund. They said that they only offered a one week cancellation policy and we didn't cancel soon enough. We pleaded that they would refund us the money since it was our wedding night and obviously we didn't want to stay in a shack. When we had called a couple of weeks before to see the room, the owner said something like, "We are so busy. You can't see the room - you will like it, I promise". Well, we hated the room at College Hill Bed & Breakfast in Wichita. The owner would not work with us. Since we had booked the room for two nights, we even asked if we could just get one night's expense refunded. The owner continued to say that we would have had to cancel a week before to have gotten our money back.
Why would you want to stay at the College Hill Bed & Breakfast in Wichita if the most expensive room is a shack?
